bump and grind

not a bad return to the grind. we had morning tea with chocolate mud cake to celebrate a birthday and a 10 year employment anniversary for two team members. i'm not feeling terribly stressed (yet... we'll see how i feel come friday...)

monday madness!
otto says 'The following questions all begin with Where you live...'

1. ...did you have to turn your clocks forward one hour this weekend? um, no... we turned them back one hour on the easter weekend.
2. ...what is the price of gasoline? i have no idea but this page will tell you why it costs whatever it costs...
3. ...which natural disasters, if any, do you have to worry about? um, breaking a fingernail... seriously, none really but living near the coast, a massive tidal wave could come this way... i don't live in an area prone to bushfires or earthquakes but you never know what might happen.
4. ...do you have a local newspaper, and if so, do you subscribe to it? yes, but no need to subscribe - it is free!
5. ...do you subscribe to a local cable company for television viewing? not any more...
6. ...what is the speed limit on your road/street? again, i have no idea. i'm a permanent passenger/pedestrian...
7. ...how far do you have to drive to the nearest post office? 3 minute walk...
8. ...what is the average temperature in April? 13°C min to 22°C max
9. ...what is the average temperature in December? 16°C min to 25°C max (i would dispute this as it is often MUCH hotter....
10. ...are your four seasons drastically different from one another? i would say yes but compared to the weather in some other parts of the world, the weather here in beautiful downtown sydney is quite temperate and not that drastically different from season to season...

a 0 day which is 0% of the RDDHA. why don't people take their doggies for a walk when it rains???
