grrr...

i mentioned somewhere previously that the company i work for has recently taken on a huge new client. during the transition there was a break in processing. the resulting backlog was offered to us as overtime.

we were encouraged to do as many hours as possible and were constantly reminded that we were expected to honour any commitment made to do the overtime

the buggers have cancelled last weekend and now the coming weekend.

grrr!! - i was looking forward to having some extra $$$$ in my bank account - grrr!!

i did 3.5hrs tonight for my own team but that will only yield an extra 6 hours pay - better than nothing i suppose.

only a 4 day which is 40% of the RDDHA. the first doggyvision was a very cute little pug being carried by his human companion - he really looked like he would rather be walking - 1000 bonus points!
