friday comes early

another standard 3d day - got up, went to work , came home, got on the net, got off the net, had some dinner, got back on the net, talking to boys and my niece on msn and yahoo messengers.

the good news? i don't have to go to work tomorrow!! yippee!! a midweek oasis of 'me' time!! next monday is 'bank holiday' for workers in the financial services industry in the state of NSW only, the rest of the country will be working as per normal. this means our phone calls and mailbags will be at their usual levels. due to a crackdown on overtime, instead of paying us extra to work, they have to give us a day in lieu of working monday and my day off is tomorrow.

happy susan!!

mmm... what to do??
a movie?? more than likely...
some housework?? possible but not likely...
a sleep-in?? definitely!!

10.14pm update: eek!! i forgot my tuesday twitterings a.k.a monday madness!! thanks for the comment otto - you reminded me!!

monday madness! otto says 'I apologize for not getting these questions up sooner; first the power problem, second, no internet until now. Thanks for your patience. Also, I will update the participant list this week. Now for the questions...'

1. What kind of storm is the most scarey to you? the storm i get caught unprepared for. i love storms and am happy to be out in the rain (as long as the lightning is far away...)
2. In your opinion, what is the perfect outdoor temperature? 22-23°C with sunshine, low humidity and a gentle breeze.
3. Would you rather experience thunderstorms or snowstorms? thunderstorms are immensely cool but i have never experienced a snowstorm. would love to do so one day.
4. Share a weather-related experience with us...feel free to include pictures! the night we went to see the movie 'independence day' (some time in august 1996), a massive hail/thunderstorm started as we were leaving the cinema. we ended up getting a taxi home (about half a mile) because it was really cold and the weather was just to wild to walk home and we had just missed a bus.

a 6 day which is 60% of the RDDHA
