nothing says 'WAKE UP' like a cramp in your calf muscle just as the alarm goes off on your first day back to work... a very long day. can i have another holiday? sorted out my rostered day off for next month - long weekend coming up - yippee!!!
need an early night (yeah, like that's going to happen) will attempt to get up at 5.30 and go for a 30min walk around the block before work (don't laugh - i have done it before, i can do it again!!) all part of the 2004 goal - get healthy by eating better and taking more exercise.
