walking down pitt street on my way to work this morning, silverchair 'diorama' blasting away in my ears, the word 'marina' flashed through my brain as i thought of an old friend i have not seen for at least 3 years. i walk a few more feet and who should step out of the hunter arcade, right into my path??? MARINA!!! i was shaking like a leaf. we were meant to meet up this morning. it was sooo good to see her. we've known each other for about 14 years and we've had our ups and downs as friends but have always managed to sort it out. i just hope that the look of joy on my face matched the one i saw on hers. i'm pretty sure it did. it was fabulous way to start the day.
apart from that, it was a pretty dull work day. 3 more overtime hours tonight - more $$$$!!!
spending the day with supreme goddess suzikb tomorrow. it will be fabulous. whenever we hang out together, i always feel loved and special.

NOOOO!!! i hated them, poor things were boiled to within an inch of their sad little lives...
PRESENT: What sorts of veggies will and won't you eat nowadays?
i eat most vegetables these days but still will not eat cooked peas (love 'em raw!), capsicum or bean sprouts. YUK!!!
